As the Sales Supervisor at BlueIn Group, you will be tasked with fostering and maintaining
relationships with your team and various professionals. All while understanding our consumer’s
needs and providing that all-star service that separates us from everyone else.
What you will do:
● Monitor sales metrics of the entire sales administration process
● Provide mentorship, development and guidance to new and current team members on
all aspects of their job.
● Support inside sales escalations as appropriate
● Proven collaborator and liaison with all levels and departments within an organization
● Create an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking team efforts
● Evaluate and improve inside sales and sales administration processes
● Conduct business consistent with our corporate values of professionalism
● Help keep the team focused and energized
● Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve/ exceed monthly sales goals

What you need:
● BA/BS degree or higher
● 2+ years of experience selling services in call center setting
● Strong written and verbal communication, negotiating and presentation skills
● Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Self-motivated, self-disciplined and the ability to work independently
● Positive, “can do” attitude
